You get a unique link like bookmenow.com/b/your-business. Share it in your Instagram bio, email signature, Google profile, or website — wherever your customers already find you.

Do customers need to create an account to book?↓

No. Customers book as guests with just their name, email, and phone number. No sign-up required on their end.

Can I manually approve bookings before they're confirmed?↓

Yes. In Settings you can switch between automatic approval (bookings confirm instantly) and manual approval (you review each request first).

Can I set different availability for each staff member?↓

Yes. Each staff member has their own weekly schedule. Customers only see time slots when that specific person is available.

What happens if I need to cancel a booking?↓

Open the booking in your dashboard and update its status to cancelled. You can also confirm, or mark it complete from the same view.

Is there a free trial for the Pro plan?↓

Yes — the Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
